Aneurysms

A cerebral aneurysm (aka brain aneurysm) is an outpouching or bulging of an artery in the brain. The growing aneurysm can rupture leading to hemorrhage in the brain, or it may grow so large that it puts mechanical pressure on surrounding nerves or brain tissue to cause neurological deficits.
